Health & Fitness: my everyday ab workout

Today I am going to share with you the ab workout I do pretty much everyday!

Warm Up

24 reps (1 count per rep)
 (step 1)

(step 2)

16 reps (2 counts in each position = 4 counts per rep)
(step 1)
(step 2)

Crunches

4 slow reps (2 counts up, 2 counts down), 16 quick (1 count up, 1 count down)

4 slow reps (2 counts up, 2 counts down), 16 quick (1 count up, 1 count down)

4 slow reps (2 counts up, 2 counts down), 16 quick (1 count up, 1 count down)

4 slow reps (2 counts up, 2 counts down), 16 quick (1 count up, 1 count down)

4 slow reps (2 counts up, 2 counts down), 16 quick (1 count up, 1 count down)

32 reps side to side (1 rep = 1 side)

16 reps each side (16 on right side all at once then 16 on left side)

Then stretch it out (I usually do 20 push-ups at the end as well)
